Masjid-e-ibhrahim

When the foundation of Darul Uloom Markaz-e-Islami was laid, there was only one building comprised six rooms. This building was all in all in the Madrasa. All the activities were acted out in the same building. One room was specialised for official work, another one was for praying Salah and the rest were for curricula activities.

Madrasa lacked a specific building as a mosque. Teachers and students were performing Salah in the classroom. The management was worried about it. All of a sudden, by the Grace of Almighty Allah Seth Muhammad Bhai (Alhamdulliah he is very close to the Madrasa and there are many constructions from his part.) visited the Madrasa. He found no special building (mosque) in the campus for offering Salah. He himself appointed the place for Masjid and promised to construct a complete Masjid

This beautiful mosque was built by a son in the memory of his beloved father and named ‘Masjid Ibrahim’ after his father’s name ‘Ibrahim’ for Sadka-e- Zaria. It is situated on the left side of Madrasa so that it can easily be seen from outside of Madrasa.

Masjid Ibrahim has the capacity of more than 800 Namazi to perform Salah at a time. It has a Wudhu Khana and a attached guest house as well as, so that it became easy for Akabir and visitor to perform Salah on the time with Takbeer Ula

Minaret

Minaret is very important for mosque so that a traveller and a stranger person is able to search a mosque. Alhamdulillah Masjid Ibrahim has also a sky scraping tower which is seen from far away even the onboard traveller of the train can look at the minaret of Madrasa mosque.
